Pictures of The School of Personal Excellence

As promised, here is the post with the pictures of The School of Personal Excellence (TSOPE) office! :D

Since I was going to spend a big chunk of my time in the office, I took time out to turn it into an inspiring environment, just like what I did to my bedroom 2 years ago. My office has doubled up as my apartment after I converted one of the rooms into my bedroom, so nowadays I stay over in the office at least half the week and return home in the other days.

I’m really loving the convenience and all the time/energy saved from commuting. :) Especially so as it takes over an hour to commute back my home, with transits and lots of walking included. There’s also a gym right beside my office, which I’m intending to sign for a long-term membership next week and use it for my daily workout.

It’s also quite amazing how just a change of location can change your actions, automatically. Just physically being here has already made me a lot more productive than back at my home, which is located in a neighborhood district that’s more laid-back in comparison to the city. It’s like living right smack in the center of the city is equivalent to being in the heart of all the action and it naturally psyches you up to be in action :)

Here are the pictures – Enjoy!

Entrance

The School of Personal Excellence – Be your best self, Live your best life :D

Ayn Rand’s quote – one of my favorites. I used this quote in my Love & Singlehood post which I wrote during Valentine’s Day this year. The office is filled with lots of other inspirational quotes which reflect deep insights on their own.

One of my classrooms – this is currently empty for the moment since I’m the only coach (for now) and I’m already using the main room for my classes.

Another quote – this is placed on the door which leads to my room. Sort of setting people up in the right mood before they enter the room for coaching to change their lives :)

The main classroom, also my office.

The TSOPE mission statement, motto and values. I put them up in the bulletin corkboard so it’s always visible and remains in top of mind awareness of everyone who comes :)

Walls of my office, with the quotes lined up across the wall

My TSOPE namecard :) Thanks to all of you who offered your comments/feedback on the card design! There’s also a flip side in yellow, which has the TSOPE mission and motto

Flowers in bursts of yellow :) If you noticed, the whole office is decked in yellow/orange/gold color scheme as that’s the dominant color of TSOPE – Gold, representing the pinnacle of all that is, prestige quality and excellence.

One of the rooms inside – currently my bedroom

This is my sofa-bed – can be fully converted into my bed :) . I sleep here when I stay over for the night, which happens at least half the times in the week now.

Really loving my office right now :D . Just had a group of friends over as an unofficial office-warming party in the evening just now and we had fun playing Win, Lose or Draw on the classroom whiteboard :D The lease is ending end of the year, by which I might continue to use this office or shift to a bigger office depending on how things go the next couple of months. Of course, this office is a start – the long-term vision is to have an actual, full-scale school campus for the school :D
