I think you sort of know the answer inside of you already, Jennifer! Love is the most important thing that keeps the relationship together, and if the love isn't there there really isn't any reason to keep together anymore. It's great that you are putting the baby's needs first and foremost, but what the baby really needs is to be nurtured in an environment with love. Staying together with your boyfriend for the sake of staying together isn't going to help the baby grow in love. I hope this helps, and happy to hear back from you Jenn!
